I don't know if this makes you happy but fuck someone tell congress to burn the bills already, postponing it isn't enough.
They postponed it because they know the affect the recent protests will have on the bill. And they think that by the time the bill comes around again, the general population will have forgotten about it. It is risky for sites like wikipedia to blackout again ever time the bill rolls around, meaning the protest will lost steam.
Last time I checked the US was supposed to be a democracy not a dictatorship, but when the majority of the population is against a bill like this and they still consider listening to a small group of rich suits in hollywood over their own people the lines start the become blurred. Well, part of the problem is it's not citizens themselves voting, but rather elected representatives. With voter turnout being what it is, it's hard to really get someone that actually has the public's interests in mind. (It's kind of a vicious trap, really. Corrupt politicians in both major parties -> reasonable people see this and lose faith in voting, thus don't vote -> people who do vote have little opposition when bringing in another corrupt dude -> corrupt politicians in both major parties.)
Also, it helps to remember that money is THE most important thing in America. Money literally is power here.

Well I believe I'll vote for a third party candidate.

Not sure if it's a serious post but this.
I would rather vote for someone who is independent than someone on ether republican or democratic. (or other gov't equivalents)

Not exactly related, but a friend of mines linked me to a rather simple political compass which asks you a bunch of questions and tries to figure out where you stand.
http://www.politicalcompass.org/test
if anyone is bored you should give it a try.
The scores reflect a chart that looks like this;
Personally I'm at -8.12 Economic Left/Right and -5.54 Social Libertarian/Authoritatian
Way to have a lot of charged questions in there.

Yeah, there is a lot of questions that sort of lead a person down a certain avenue in terms of answering the questions, but they seem fairly balanced on both sides of the argument.
It's not supposed to be very scientific, but it will hopefully make people actually think about their political leaning.
I mean, look at all the good work people did to protect the internet from SOPA, there's plenty more dangerous acts coming along that's going to need activism.. for example ACTA and the child protection act in the US, which is basically going to wrap SOPA up in a banner that says "We're just trying to stop child exploitation, which is why we need all the tools from SOPA". This will of course vilify anyone who speaks out against it because "IT'S ABOUT PROTECTING THE CHILDREN"

Well I believe I'll vote for a third party candidate. Yeah, pretending that a third party stands a real chance anyway.
Also, I should retake that Political Compass. I've done it a few times but don't remember my exact results.
EDIT: Apparently this is me.
There are some questions where I wish I could elaborate my answer, but I digress.

HAVE I BEEN MISLEAD?? THE DREAM ISN'T DEAD???
Woppet, Previous (the previous sig [hurr]), Strasteo (current avatar), TomGuycott, Gors 1, 2, 3, 4; Crappy Blue Luigi, SmithyGCN, Demonlemon 1 and 2, Chris2Balls, Phantom K, Kosheh, Sengir 1, 2
There are still other people I need to acknowledge for their love but I'm not done digging their love up, STAY TUNED FOR MORE
I can't take it because there's a lot I'm neutral on, and I just can't go one way or the other as that wouldn't be true to what I think.
