Hmmm well actually I use Beneton to make the animations, but I just remembered that when I made the sheets I would use Gamemaker and "create" a sprite, then "load" the animation, and save as a strip.

I did that for shuckle and the edited sheet is what I came up with, so maybe you should use Gamemaker like me when making sheets, and only use Beneton for making animations

I made a little thing with game maker so I can just open the animations and it does the organizing for me :p
and I fixed the zubat
