gors i'm not sure how you'd fix this since you're using premade soundfonts and stuff, but i think that piano sample cuts off way too quickly. it's really jarring.
EDIT: wait also this, i think i get why the song sounds so dissonant: you have the background piano chords in the same octave as the lead piano melody. you might want to bring the chords down an octave or the piano melody up an octave.
Am I the only one who doesn't see anything wrong with it?

none of the songs I uploaded in YT does, really. Check Character Select Theme, it's much more annoying. The reason for this is that I can't generate a music file that loops x times; I need to export it as a single loop and then manually edit the wave to make it loop.
@Blue Luigi I'll see if chenging the octaves will make it 'better', but I still like the dissonant sounds because it conveys more 'emotion' this way.

Dissonance is radular though

Still working on it of course, just wanted to post it.
Something tells me I need to simplify Gaia quite a bit before doing this undertaking.

I think it's about time to get progress done on a level or two for the game.

I have enough finished for a demo. However I'm on a two week vacation at the beach without wifi. As soon as I get home I'll post a download link, alright?

Oh, that's great news!
I'm sorry I wasn't more specific, I meant sprites to make levels instead of placeholders.

So, is Gors still doing 98% of the graphic work while other people throw more stuff at him to do?
Serious question.
No, we all have to do our own work if we want to be in the game. We're not just throwing everything at Gors to do for us. Granted if you ask him, he's happy to give advice. But in no way are we making Gors do everything. Everyone is working hard on their own projects for the game while Gors has been working on what he's already been working on.
