Probably Machoke or Machop. Machamp has the whole four arm thing going. You could probably start with the Machop at Work spritesheet that's on TSR as a base.

Slow = Final Smash?

I have two ideas for slow. Either it slows everyone down, makes him stronger, and drains his health, or only slows him down and makes him stronger.

Voomerang will be his forward smash, and shocking pink his down smash.

Oh, and rags. His foot i supposed to be like that. Look at any picture of his stance.

Hmm.. I think a homage to Tatsanuko Vs Capcom's Joe would be nice.. Wait, it has happened! But yeah, I think that's how his Movie powers would play out in his FS.
