Actually, my moveset for him was:
-B Copy(like kirby)
-Bv Needle
-B> Cutter
-B^ Parasol
-Final Smash-Dark Matter form

I planned to make his specials more general instead of based on specific abilities, and use some of his abilities during regular attacks:

-B Copy (I'm making his tongue able to be directed forward, diagonally, and up/down, and I was thinking I'd make it a tether recovery as well)
-Bv I'm not sure for this one. It probably will end up being Needle.
-B> I had planned on him shooting a star as if he had just swallowed an enemy, but I like the idea of Cutter. I'll probably include some other projectiles from Dreamland 3 (like the green thing that those green ducks threw at you)
-B^ Here I was planning on having him perform a 'Space jump'; It's the mechanic in Kirby with helpers that occurs when the helper goes too far off the screen and flies back to Kirby. I was planning on making him go straight up, and then you can control where he goes.

Parasol well most likely be used for some aerials, and his Forward Smash.
Spark will be Down Smash.
I'll be using a variant of needle used by one of the Dreamland 3 enemies for his Up Smash.
Fire for his Dash Attack, maybe? And I still don't know if I'll end up using Ice anywhere.
Stone will be used for shielding.

I agree on the Final Smash; that's what I had planned too Big Grin

Here's his Copy ability (diagonal down and downwards not done yet)

This, and he also made a small appearance in Dreamland 2, if I recall correctly.

If you have not played Dreamland 3, you definitely should; it's a great game.

Awesome idea. But here's a better moveset:
B = Voomerang
B> = ???
B^ = Drill Attack
BV = Pink Bombs
FS = Viewtiful Forever
Do you even know what viewtiful forever is? Its a counterattack. That moveset doesn't even use VFX powers. I'm just gonna stick with mine unless someone makes one that really blows me away.

A Combo: Common rapid-punches seen in-game

B: Hi-Kick (Lifts the leg up into the air, then brings it down with force)

Side B: Voomerang (Throws his Boomerang foward)

Up B: Viewtiful Forever (Counter, but can also be used since it involves a large jump. See: Tatsanuko vs Capcom)

Down B: V-Bomb (Creates a V-bomb)

Final Smash: Henshin a go-go Baby! (Fast Fowards to reach the closest target, then slows down to reachable speeds, then assults him with a heavy combo attack. 90% KO ratio)

All I can think up now, last since I played Viewtiful Joe.

What's wrong with my moveset and (in particular) the final smash? Six Majin is practically made to be a final smash.

Also updated the moveset.
For VFX powers, I was thinking this:
Slow- slows down Joe but increases his atk power until it is used again. Also changes some attacks.
Mach Speed- Does a quick dash forward and sets on fire for a short time, causing flame to be added to his attacks. Also leaves a trail of flame.
Zoom(item)- causes the screen to focus on whoever grabs it ala tingle.

Trail of flame would be a bit cheap, but otherwise, different.

I tried doing Sukapon. I did the idle and walking animation based on what he does in Joy Mech Fight.
I used the base sprite on the list of who was available. Please give C+C, this is my first try at this style and one of my first at spriting in general, and I want to improve.

The spin is how he walks in his game, but I wasn't sure if the feet should move some too.

Not bad, though, that should be his run. I think Sukapon DID walk. I'm not really sure, though.

Also, why not use the Idle already up there?
