What are you playing?
Just finished Skyward Sword. While the set up was somewhat different from the usual Zelda game, I really enjoyed the way it kind of reminded me the Super Nintendo Zelda.

I also kinda hated the final boss's design. (Super Saiyan 3 Akuma with a sword anyone?)

Oh and it was really easy :/ I was really hoping for a challenging Zelda

Played through Metroid Prime Trilogy again, is still my favorite Wii game ever

Just wish I could trade away some of these fucking Friend Vouchers so I can buy all the extras and satisfy my 100%-ism aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

But yeah fun game!

Been playing Minecraft as a therapy. I've found out that there's something soothing about building houses and managing an underground farm.

I've always liked minecraft. Whenever I play it, it brings me back to those days
as a child where i would spend hours sprawled on the floor playing with my
lego sets. There is just something about just building that really calms me.

You should try a 6-heart run, that's where the difficulty comes in, sans the Horde Battle. (Also it's good to hear someone say it's easy, what with idiots saying the motion control "doesn't work".)
And yes, Demise is lame. He was a better/harder boss as the Imprisoned.

Hah, been itching to play through this as well. Probably one of my favorites on the Wii as well (mostly second to Skyward Sword), despite my near inability to collect every expansion...

Anyway, I finally stopped putting off downloading JSRHD. Never played it before; it's got a learning curve for sure, but still really fun.

We should play this together sometime again. I miss blocky adventures...

Vessel's getting pretty darn tough. Not only are the lava Fluros adding a danger factor to the game, but the puzzle of machine 6 is making me crazy, I have no idea what to do. Most likely once I find out what to do and it'll be simple as, I mean I figured out how to get that first protoplasm today and I was like "duh!"

Also finally completed a mission in Frozen Synapse yesterday that I'd failed about 5 times.

EDIT: Just started SPAZ, it's actually quite good. Takes some getting used to but I've fixed the Clockwork (which I'm pretty sure is the end of the tutorial) and I'm pretty confident that I've got a good grasp of most aspects. Those pulse beams are extremely difficult to aim though.

I'm finally getting the hang of Total War: SHOGUN 2, it's the first RTS I've played since middle school and Battle for Middle Earth, so it took a bit to get into the swing of things, but god damned, Strategy is schweet. I've decimating armies that have hundreds more men than me, and it's fun to think how to battle an opponent, and the level of intricacy such as research, arranging marriages nad diplomacy is fucking radular.

I need to see if I can get some friends of mine to play Megaman 8-bit Deathmatch again. Fun stuff.

I have the trilogy for a while but I haven't been able to play it. I might be able to help you with the vouchers in 2 years sometime.

I really need to play that, it's actually in my Steam library thanks to Coal the other year. Everyone tells me it's amazing and the jokes that spawned from it are hilarious (OH YES).

I hate backlogs and wanting to try to work on other stuff '_;

Right now i'm working on Breath Of Fire 2 on Virtual Console. I had gotten to Highfort, but had to restart the game because I was too under-leveled to get through the dungeon.

It hasn't aged well, but it definitely earned its spot as one of those games everyone must play at some point. Just be aware that a lot of mods are a bitch to get working on the Steam version, which is why I went for the Good Old Games sale.

Oh, and don't let the community lie to you- the sequel, Invisible War, is actually pretty fun.

Oh boy.

I've been told it's a good game so long as you don't acknowledge it as a Deus Ex sequel.
