I know there's an existing thread but I didn't wanna break any rules as far as necro posting goes. Ripped April's bit of the news scene from Turtles In Time.
The cloud background and the 1st crowd panel have some guessed/edited color work since there was a fade-in effect applied to those frames initially.
I also added a crowd frame without the statue base for further layer separation.

Ripped the Green (Archer type) Foot Soldier from TMNT 4 Turtles In Time. There will be more Foot Soldiers to come!

Since it is Arcade version, it should be TMNT 2, not 4.
I think it's just "Turtles in Time" on the site.
