Maybe it's jsut me, but something seems off with his face, mainly his eyes. I'm not sure if they are too far apart of what, but it may just be me.

Honestly, I feel like something's a little off too, the only difference is that I thought it was with the mouth & not the eyes...I made the mouth a flat line because that's how the Black & White Sprite & the Sugimori Artwork have it, but almost everything else has more of a '3' Shape (Not entirely, but the lip dips up more & curls at the side)

Alsright, so I went back & played around with the mouth, and I think I got it to resemble Meowth a lot more:



(The Tag doesn't really show it because I left the fully-opened mouth & the frame before it alone)

I've noticed that nine times out of ten, when a character looks off, it's because of the eyes.

I actually think it looks fine, but yea that's me.

So, I shifted Meowth's eye over one pixel, and I think it looks more accurate now:



I've said this before but one pixel makes such a difference (I kept the revised mouth because I still think the original looked off)
