I've been doing some spriting, and I decided to make Luigi, the one who is in not many games of Mario...geez. Well at least we have the brothers mascot.
Here's what I got.
Yeah, I didn't make a full turn but oh well.
Also, I'm thinking of making Pokemon sprites...
Oh, and if its a ripped page, heres the link to it.

Um, did you check if the URL you used is compatible with the IMG tag? All I'm getting is a blue question mark on my end.

That's due to the fact that you used an invalid URL.
Your URL
http://a-different-dev.deviantart.com/ar...1387744117
I took a look at it and I see nothing that makes this count as an image address. Normally, valid image address would have PNG or a JPG at the end, which is what your address lacks.

Saltonara, I think he is going by the misconception that Luigi is not very popular due to his treatment in most Mario games, but considering his recent forum actions and his avatar, I'm here wondering if this guy is even being serious.

why not Yeah well
That's not a very good idea.
Anyway, the shading's not quite visible on that Luigi. I'd suggest making a darker shade for the green and blue.

LuigiofTime, do I know you? You remind me of someone. Also, that is a terrible recolor of a good MLSS sprite. Why are you giving him criticism?
Because that criticism can still be helpful should Doofus choose to accept and apply it by increasing the contrast.
Preferably on a new piece, but even recoloring can give some useful experience with color choice.
