Im not here to get any advice really. I just want somewhere I can showcase my stuff. I very much have my own style of spriting that does not really follow any guidelines but the ones I have made up. I'm trying to make a story out of all the sprites I have been making or game. I dont know what it is yet but its slowly coming together. The world in which all these sprites come from is called Forge. I will post here whenever I make something. I usually make something at least once or twice a week. All of my art has grown over time and I am sure you will be able to tell a degree of change the in detail on my art.

My advice: don't post if you don't want any advice on something.
For a start, I'll tell you that while you might have your own style rules, that doesn't mean they can't be improved; you might want to consider trying to alter it somewhat to make it less of a clone of Scribblenauts but without any shading and with added jagged edges. You might also want to change the name from that of another very popular game, that's actually available now, on Steam... Oh, and I've edited your thread title to not be obnoxiously in all capital letters.

Like, I guess the whole thing looks off as it'd probably be better animated in flash, but still i have some beef with those feet. The only problem is, if I suggest you do anything with the feet, you'd have to fix the way the body is facing. For you to fix the way the body's facing, you'd have to fix the way the head is facing. And for you to fix the way the head of facing, you're essentially fixing the perspective of the entire sprite...which, then you have dozens. and then I feel kinda bad for suggesting a minor change that requires you to rework the whole design ): though now this makes me wonder how one of these characters would look presented isometrically (like the final fantasy games) I know it's a big leap from one style to another, but if you've got some spare time, I'd try giving it a shot. It'd also help with nailing perspective and shading. IMO, I feel like the result would be a pretty fresh-looking, original Habbo Hotel-meets-Banner Saga ...but still really neat norse, european and Asian designs with Rayman influence and the whole thing, animated would look kind of cool and if you're lazy, try to fix the feet to look less egyptian (like make one face forward, and the other out)

But you should still know better than to post nothing that contributes to the topic man. Who's to say that he wouldn't have taken some advice to heart for next time?

I am willing to help if the others want help. He doesn't, I won't give c+c. simple as that
TVGR is supposed a learning place and by saying that you don't want any help or comment and just want to show stuff, this is saying "yo i don't care, I am just showing off my stuff and expecting buttpats." so no, or he changes his mindset when posting here, or all he gets is a 'ok' from me. i can spend a more constructive time c+c'ing other threads that are much more willing to learn than this one.

And you can spend less time wasting everybody's time posting 'ok' in threads like this then.
Anybody else does that and they're told to give something more to say. And just because he says he's not looking for advice(at this time) doesn't mean that he won't change his mind if he notices some advice that could improve his work. Like Dazz after giving his say on the 'not looking for advice' bit still gave some C+C, and that's the point of this part of the forum. If the guy comes back acting like a butt about it and crying about not wanting C+C, then by all means do your thing as an admin/moderator, but until then it doesn't hurt to give advice, as minds can always change. If that's all this guy is looking for, then maybe he should get some better luck by checking out a site that's dysfunctional as Deviant ART.

Ohhhh my science! Lol I didn't mean to cause such a big ruckus. Maybe I should have worded my post better earlier. I'm open to advice bit what I was trying to say was I'm figuring out what works with my own style at the moment. But other than that thank you for the complements to my work
