Some more with wrong icons:
* SaGa Frontier (PSX). The screen is from SaGa Frontier 2.
* Crossed Swords 2 (Other Systems). The screen is from the first game.
Just realized that the .dae files I submitted of (default) Juliet and her chainsaw are screwy, and I still can't find any way to fix them, so I've added an .fbx and a .psk to their archives as well.
Here are the updated archives, featuring the .fbx and .psk files, as well as a readme noting the error:

Not a big deal I guess, just curious. Hm, good question. That has been corrected now.
Super Noah's Ark (SNES) icon shows a screen of Super Ninja Kun.
All game icons mentioned have been fixed, except for Saga Frontier, because I can't find a decent non-jpeg screenshot and my emulator keeps crapping out... Any help?

We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

The Fire Emblem 7 icon has a screenshot of a ROM hack instead of the original game, and the Space Quest IV icon seems to be from a fangame that utilizes it's sprites.
I took some nice replacement screenshots from the proper games you can use, they're both at the games' original resolution so feel free to upscale as needed.
Fire Emblem 7
Space Quest IV
Both fixed - thanks! You made that really easy to sort out

No problem~ Figured there'd be no point to make you go hunting for screenshots since I already have both games easily available to me
Not trying to sound pushy, but has anyone updated the model archives I mentioned with the updated ones?

I'd be happy to take care of it but I need to make sure I'm replacing the right files. Is it these two?

I definitely appreciate your willingness to correct mistakes but it makes things much easier if you provide the link to the item in question as well. Once the revisions system works, this will all be much easier but in the mean time, keep that in mind.

Yes, those are the ones. Thank you!
I'll keep in mind to add the links to the submissions themselves next time.

Not all of the icons, apparently. You're still missing my post from earlier.

And the confusions just keep going. Now you replaced the proper game icon for the PSX version of Magical Drop III with the icon used for the arcade version of the original Magical Drop/Chain Reaction. Not exactly sure if it was a glitch, or a confusion in pointing out the flaws....
