Hey y'all
I don't know how many of you guys remember this, but almost two years ago I started (very slowly) redoing Earthbound sprites for fun.
They're not in any particular style, but they're still obviously MOTHER inspired.

Here's all I have so far:













I have some beta teddy bear stuff right now that I'll explain later (it was discussed in the old thread--long story short each character has a separate animation with the teddy bear), but I want to kind of switch it up so for now I think I'll get to working on tiilesets or someone other than the main heroes

C+C is strongly encouraged and much appreciated. For now, I'd like to tackle this on my own (which is also why I don't have rules listed), but maybe in the future this will open up for help--depending on how involved I get in it.

Let's see how long this lasts!

Hnng I missed these. Love it! I forget what the other teddy bear poses were going to be.

Looks good and smoothly animated. The only thing I can suggest is making more use of the second shade/black pixels for things in the back or going towards the back, like the legs/feet in the animation further back, to convey both depth and lightsource better, as well as getting rid of that ambiguity. It's hard to tell which leg is forward, and which one is back.

Okay then. I was assuming he did because these sprites look very similar to the sprite style of Mother 4 and I recently found out Cshad is a pixel artist on the project.
