The issue looks like the same one 3DS CTPK files have when converting with CTPK Tool, like I explained here. That is, they look like 16-bit files converted to 32-bit incorrectly.
I could make something tomorrow that converts these TGAs into PNGs with the proper transparency (and colours, since those are also slightly off), if nobody else does.
You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing that we call "failure" is not the falling down, but the staying down. -Mary Pickford
That'd be super nice, because if that is the case it does mean that the sprites already on the site from this game will need color correcting. Volo, if puggsoy does get that tool up, you can send me the tga files for all of the enemies you have on the site and I will make a master sheet with all of them on it for, saving you a lot of time and effort. Or, you can try to do that yourself using the sprite sheet creating tool by Daxar here:

Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

Thanks a lot puggsoy!! You are very kind!
Dazz tommorow I'll send you the file with all the monsters, I'll do the backgrounds and characters sheets. I'll try Daxar's tool.

It looks like the half byte issue, but the sprite you posted earlier has this.
150 as the red value, so 10010110
It it were just bit-shifting it over, then the last 4 would be zeros.
Would you mind posting the file this one came from too? They may be a different format that's still not converting correctly.

I made a simple something.
It's made in java.

Run that and drop the TGAs on it.
I also added a crop option since there was a lot of blank space.

I've updated your monsters into a single sheet now with everything correctly colored. I hope you don't mind it all being on a single page now, arranged by monster size.
edit: Hmm, although it might appear there is an issue with Ploaj's converter. I'll recreate the sheet when the issue is fixed or leave it if confirmed to meant to display this way.

In a single sheet it's muche better.
But there is an issue with the Ploaj's converter. The sprites have to be like they are in the TGA sprites, except for the transparecy.

Yeah, I noticed that the sprites have a "wraparound" to them, with the leftmost column being on the right side of each sprite.

sorry...
I had actually noticed that and fixed it, but I uploaded it to drop box with a different name, so it didn't replace the old file...
whoops
