So, I have the decrypted CIA of the Smash v1.1.6 update, but I can't find anything that will actually extract the romfs file from it. I've tried the PackHack, 3DS Rom Tools... nothing's worked.
Has anyone been able to get into an update CIA and extracted the romfs from it? If you have, let me know what you did and what worked, 'cause I'm at a loss.

Do you have a hacked 3DS? If you do, you could use Decrypt9 to decrypt the CIA and THEN use it with 3DS Rom Tools.
Some guy who just lurks this place nowadays.

Yeah, I finally got it. I'm looking at Mewtwo's model in Ohana Rebirth now. Seems like he'd fit in Brawl just fine with his triangle count (but of course, he'd need retextured to fit into Brawl's more realistic aesthetic).
