I have extensively scoured the internet for the models and textures of the swords, shields and treasures of skyward sword, and to no avail. Since they seemingly do not exist, I want to try my hand and do it myself.
Problem is, I don't know where to start. I have a physical copy, and basic understanding of how to use dolphin. I've extracted textures from it before, but only on gamecube games. Does anyone have any pointers or programs to get myself started?

3D Ripper DX with an old version of Dolphin can be a good option for many Wii/GC games.

You're going to need to be a bit more specific. What version number? Should I use a downloaded ISO or throw my skyward sword copy into my PC? I'm....competent in some fields of ripping, but in the means of models and textures, I'm green.

Use Dolphin 3.5 x86 with a ISO or WBFS of Skyward Sword, on Windows 7 x86 and 3D Ripper DX in Global Monitoring mode.

Everything is set. There's only one hurdle left to get over.
I have a real wiimote set up. Calibration screen. It calibrates just fine, it recognizes button strokes, but the pointer never appears, preventing me from getting past the point wiimote at screen and Press A part of the calibration. Any ideas on whats wrong?

Sorry but I never tried to use a Wiimote on Dolphin.
