How do I rip Star Stable Online (models and textures)?

I am curious about Star Stable Online's modelling and texturing solutions and I don't know how to get at them to take a closer look. Are their tools suitable for ripping the files?

The 3D Object Converter supports the Star Stable Online's
  - mesh format (.PME),
  - texture format (.PTE)
for load since 2019.
