yeah the transformer models themselves have no texture at all. at least the rigged ones don't. my unrigged ones are from the Xbox dark of the moon game.

I see some noticable bad rigging spots like at the feet and it's really jarring to see hands unrigged. Is it a limit of MMD?

the models just not rigged that much
and the hands are because this pose is actually a kung fu motion data that i used. i forgot to mess with the fingers
not sure about the feet though
I have seen feet with an extra expression to articulate the toes and such but it's rare to see and i've only seen it work in shoes...
I'm really no good at rigging feet so i don't bother those parts of the model at all for fear of the model's animation oppertunities being ruined
