Since Re-shelled was a remake of the Arcade version, they only used the Arcade levels and bosses:

funny thing about Cement Man, is that he only appeared in one episode from the original show. Curse of the Evil Eye
i tried ripping him ages ago, but tile ripping on MAME is such a chore. if only it could let you reorganise it & change the BG colour
while going through the tiles, it also showed that the top part of his body is a layer

Yeah, I was thinking of ripping his body separate, but Meh. He uses 3 constant frames and basically only his top half moves. He was too boring to re-rip.
