RE: Mors' Sprites - Pik - 02-03-2015 Just going for a retro style would be fine by me. A lot of Arcade cabinets had custom/tweaked hardware anyway, and there were other 8 bit consoles than the NES. What Mors has shown looks to have the spirit of non-NES 8 bit hardware at the time. RE: Mors' Sprites - Gors - 02-03-2015 independent on the sprite limitation, the player's body is forming a perfectly straight vertical line with his legs. Add some curve, because it looks really unnatural. RE: Mors' Sprites - Mors - 02-03-2015 I will try to make the character more natural.use And also, I'm not planning to change colors of the character because he follows NES restrictions, there is nothing wrong with his colors. Aaand, Adventure Island is my main inspiration for the game. That big dinosaur is mother of little legless ones. RE: Mors' Sprites - Mors - 03-22-2015 Update! RE: Mors' Sprites - Mors - 05-24-2015 RE: Mors' Sprites - Mors - 08-10-2015 Improving my spriting skillz. RE: Mors' Sprites - SuperWarioWorld - 08-10-2015 Mario's nose appears to be behind his mustache. If he's not supposed to have a nose, you might want to remove the bulge on the outline that indicates that. I'd say more but I'm lazy at the moment. I don't know why I didn't post this before. |
