RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - recme - 07-04-2015 call me crazy, but i have a slight idea that bill might not be that bad. i mean, bill is a part of the nintendo treehouse, right? during last years e3, a member of the treehouse said that they played smash often in the treehouse. im not saying he'll be the next god, im just saying that he'll probably be a little bit better than reggie, at least. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Iceman404 - 07-04-2015 Oh, ohhh wait THIS Bill, he's actually a really cool guy whoops. He's super into the actual games and did pretty good at the invitational, sorry. Although Reggie is another case... How do you spend 16 hours a day running a GAMING company and yet end up having never held a controller before. I JUST- RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Koopaul - 07-04-2015 He's a business man, not a gamer. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - NICKtendo DS - 07-04-2015 Reggie's body wasn't ready, it was Muppet. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Gors - 07-04-2015 (07-04-2015, 04:46 PM)Iceman404 Wrote: Although Reggie is another case... RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Iceman404 - 07-04-2015 He doesn't try what he promotes. The man literally didn't know how to jump. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - recme - 07-04-2015 reggie has two 3ds's. one for promotional related things, one personally. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Iceman404 - 07-06-2015 RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Kitsu - 07-06-2015 (07-04-2015, 04:46 PM)Iceman404 Wrote: Although Reggie is another case... I JUST- kinda like how you can spend 16 hours a day running a dog food company and yet end up having never eaten dog food before RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - E-Man - 07-06-2015 It almost reminds me of how Walt Disney, the head of a successful animation studio, does a lot more directing and producing than sitting at an animator's desk to draw the frames. Heck, the guy doesn't even draw Mickey Mouse in the way you'd expect. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Iceman404 - 07-06-2015 (07-06-2015, 01:51 PM)Kitsu Wrote:10/10 Try-harding(07-04-2015, 04:46 PM)Iceman404 Wrote: Although Reggie is another case... I JUST- It's more akin to running a dog food company 16 hours a day without owning a dog or feeding it the product Also pleaaaaaase no one bitch at me over this, I just find it kinda interesting that the guy looked like he'd never held a controller before. It got me curious as to how he'd play platformers like Mario and such considering the dolls and merchandise are all over his personal office. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Kitsu - 07-06-2015 you're right of course, I made that comparison just for the funny that said, it's not all that uncommon for game execs to not play many games, though he does kind of present himself as someone who does play a lot of games so who knows, maybe he does play games and is just really shit at them or maybe he doesn't play games and is really shit at them RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Kriven - 07-06-2015 Isn't it more likely that Reggie played games from the 80s and 90s and became overly busy with actually managing their production and distribution to keep up with them as a consumer? RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Iceman404 - 07-07-2015 Probably, that sounds more likely I guess since he's been there for eons. RE: TSR's Super Smash Bros Thread|We have weekly Brawl tournaments - Gors - 07-07-2015 >implying we are agreeing with an ironic comment >2000 + Jesus' debutante ball gr8 b8 m8 i r8 8/8 in a serious note, I read somewhere that Sakurai was going to add yet another character in the game. Who would that be? |
