RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Kirbyfan - 02-14-2009 Can you rephrase so I can understand? RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - tyler_robert - 02-14-2009 Looks nice, but...I though Rick has legs...maybe not RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Kirbyfan - 02-14-2009 No, he's to fat for you to see his legs in that position. And hey, when did you join, tyler? RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Kirbyfan - 02-15-2009 Rick Update: -Changed one color to look better -Finished shading C+C? Another update. He's pretty much finished. Just needs clean-up. RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Skyraven - 02-15-2009 Needs a bit more contrast. RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Kirbyfan - 02-17-2009 Do you mean shades need for contrast, or something else? EDIT: RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Skyraven - 02-17-2009 Shades. RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Kirbyfan - 02-20-2009 I tried a new style, with a new pallet to match it. It's my attempt and Kirby Advance, but it still need some more shading and revision.. I included (in order): -KDL3 Rick -Kfan Rick 2 (Darker shades) -Kfan Rick (Lighter shades) -KA Rick (incomplete) Comments. RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Chris2Balls [:B] - 02-20-2009 He looks pretty flat, because you applied shading as if it were a gradient (shaded in curved bands in this case). Try and think of form and contrast. RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Kirbyfan - 02-27-2009 well, I don't feel like posting my progress on rick just yet, but here's a character of my own creation. Original, he was a JUS edit, now........he and edit and a JUS edit that isn't in JUS style, and looks much better......: Crit? RE: Kirbyfan42's Topic - Goemar - 02-27-2009 His arms are different lengths... I'm gonna sprite all helpers along with Kirby and Gooey in my little style here. Rick isn't facing right angle, and is slightly out of style, and Kine just doesn't look to good, and isn't quite complete. Pitch is great, and Coo is epic. (to me) |
