RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Kriven - 02-10-2015 Flipnote Studio 3D is finally available to Club Nintendo members (for real this time). RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - E-Man - 02-10-2015 I don't recall if Flipnote 3D is also available to non-Club Nintendo members for a price. Is that going to be a thing? RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Kriven - 02-10-2015 I think it's unlikely. If you don't have an account you can register one. I think you'll still the get download code, even if you don't register any games. Yeah, I watched the video, on YouTube even, and I still don't know who it is. Who is Dinner Sonic's cousin? (Keep in mind that I joined VGR in early 2014, thus I know next to nothing about the forum's history) RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - E-Man - 02-10-2015 If I'm not mistaken, it's Mighty who was playing the game in that video. RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Shade - 02-10-2015 Yeah, it's Mighty. gg Mighty RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Mystie - 02-10-2015 So Mighty is Dinner Sonic's cousin? Holy shit, that is awesome! RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Helmo - 02-10-2015 So as for you guys who don't know, GameStop gives away DS cases for free. I had a bunch of loose carts just lying around, but then I just drove over to GS and was able to get the case and manual for several games, Layton: Curious Village, M&L: Bowser's Inside story, Mario Kart DS, Kirby etc. So basically if you guys are ever there just ask, they literally just throw em away! Also I'm willing to send you guys some of my duplicate cases in exchange for any good ones you guys get! Looking for: Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime Kirby Mass Attack Legendary Starfy Might & Magic Clash of Heroes Wario Ware Touched Viva Pinata Pocket Paradise Electroplankton Solatorobo: Red the Hunter ( I have 2 carts ) For trade: Brain Age Pokemon Black Namco Museum DS Okamiden Sonic Classic Collection Final Fantasy IV Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 Chrono Trigger RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Garamonde - 02-10-2015 (02-09-2015, 10:48 AM)Kosheh Wrote: OHMY GOD YOU ACTUALLY SDUYGSJFGFG I'M DYING (02-10-2015, 01:23 PM)E-Man Wrote: If I'm not mistaken, it's Mighty who was playing the game in that video. You would be correct. Sadly I now lack the reflexes and mental sharpness to play like that since I haven't played it hardly at all in years. I also want to apologize for using the same song throughout the entire playthrough, SSBM's Fire Emblem was like the coolest song to me back then lol. We're basically brother and sister and do cool shit together and have tooooons of in-jokes. RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Rosencrantz - 02-12-2015 So, I've been on a massive Pokemon ORAS binge lately, and I finally finished the Hoenn-dex. This is a big deal for me because I was never able to actually fill any of the pokedexes in any of the other games up to this point, even if it was significantly easier to do it because of the GTS and wonder trade. it only took me 12 years to do it RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - Kriven - 02-12-2015 I downloaded the latest Project M build, but a good portion of the BGMs sound corrupted during play (yet not when listend to in My Music) 3: RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - BullockDS - 02-12-2015 (02-12-2015, 05:00 AM)Kriven Wrote: I downloaded the latest Project M build, but a good portion of the BGMs sound corrupted during play (yet not when listend to in My Music) 3: Huh, so I'm not the only one. Y'see, I've had a similar problem from time to time with the latest P:M build, but it's only happened (so far) when I replace tracks, not with any default music (but I'll try testing this out on my end over the next week or so if you want). They sound dandy in My Music, but then one track every so often (in actual gameplay) will sound like dial-up static running head-on into NES glitches. It's really a shame, since a lot of tracks from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle OST really sound fantastic in Brawl/PM stages. It also seems like there's at least two tracks that I absolutely cannot replace: the music for Hanenbow, and the "Project M theme" for the Menu (the former's stage icon doesn't even appear in My Music so I can't even test it right away, and in the case of the latter it's as if the "Project M theme" is "forced", as it were, as I'll import a track and name the file the same thing as what the PM theme's file is, but I'll still hear the PM theme anyway). This is easily the most elegant and accurate way to describe what I'm hearing. You don't have to cross-reference for me, but so far I've had this problem with Gourmet Race on Dreamland and one of the songs in Skyloft (didn't pay attention to which). I only played a few rounds to mess around with the new costumes (and also to try out the Pokemon Final Smashes... I don't know when those were added, but I'm so happy they exist), but later on I'll give it a more extensive play and see if any other song jag. RE: GAMER LOUNGE 20XX (NO CASUALS!!) - BullockDS - 02-12-2015 (02-12-2015, 09:33 AM)Kriven Wrote:I myself had the problem most recently after replacing "Battle for Storm Hill" in Rumble Falls (with Hol Horse's theme from JJBA:ASB, in case the .brstm that I used matters) and "Animal Crossing Title Screen" in Smashville (with Treasure Trove Cove from Banjo-Kazooie). I did swap out the old Smashville stage for a different version, but I doubt that's the problem since I got other songs on other slots to work and I had corruption problems with non-replaced stages anyway (e.g. Brinstar but I can't remember the original or replacement track).(02-12-2015, 09:11 AM)BullockDS Wrote: ...sound like dial-up static running head-on into NES glitches. EDIT: also, just found out that Hanenbow's music can't be replaced in the first place, even in vanilla Brawl. For some reason. |
