i was supposed to be at work.....
...24 minutes ago.
considering that i couldn't sleep at all and ended up somehow getting less than an hour of sleep last night (i was still awake when my alarm went off), it's kind of amazing that i'm even awake right now
but still
24 minutes late for work.
fortunately i was scheduled an hour earlier than usual, so i can claim that I misread the schedule and thought I was supposed to come in at 11 instead of 10, but it's still really shitty to be coming in an hour late

That's exactly how I was feeling about an hour ago.
Like, I was even getting hunger pains but wasn't motivated enough to eat anything.
Eventually I forced myself to eat something, now I'm fine :L

That happens to me every now and then. I get so hungry that I start feeling a little sick to my stomach and by that time I don't even feel like eating though I know I have to.

I usually just try to eat something fairly light and a bit bland like toast. Try to keep tabs on how much you're eating though, if it's related to anxiety or something (idk if you're diagnosed or anything Vipes, but I know you've posted about similar in the past) then it's actually really easy to just completely forget to eat. Which sounds bloody ridiculous, really x:
