I don't think it's feasible. The graphics change between certain acts, there are 5 acts per level, and on TOP of all this are 4 different palettes! This means that, in order to fully and correctly rip the levels from Chaotix, it would require capturing 120 different states of the game. It would be much easier if I just worked from the ROM, but is there a KENS port for PHP available? No. So I can't write a script that works directly on the ROM without first porting some decompressors, something I'm currently not in the mood for.
