A Bit of help on a sprite... - O Gundam - 03-08-2010 This is 100% Custom but anyway... would you guys please give me your opinion of this? (Came from this) For those who don't know what the above sprite is... it's a Haro, the mascot of the Gundam series. (pic is from the 00 japanese site) RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - GrooveMan.exe - 03-08-2010 There's next to no different between the two, apart from the most inconsequential amount of shading. It's also pretty small. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - Alpha Six - 03-08-2010 The shading is barely noticable. Throw some more contrast in the shades. This could also use some shine on the head so it looks more like metal. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - O Gundam - 03-08-2010 Thanks for the feedback. Let's hope I can make Haro better. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - Cobalt Blue - 03-08-2010 care to explain what are we looking at? RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - Alpha Six - 03-08-2010 Haro is a Gundam character. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - Cobalt Blue - 03-08-2010 now everything makes sense. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - O Gundam - 03-08-2010 Fixed the first post to explain what Haro is for those who haven't seen Gundam. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - Cobalt Blue - 03-08-2010 is there a reason for it to be so small? RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - O Gundam - 03-08-2010 I'm rather new to spriting, so I decided to work with it set up like it'd be perfect for use in an RPG. RE: A Bit of help on a sprite... - Sengir - 03-08-2010 RPG's can use sprites of any size, they aren't restricted to set sprite dimensions. Not on the PC at least. |
