Dr. Mario - Online RX archive - supersmashball - 07-22-2015 I picked up the game today, chose the rule of extracting the biggest archive in the set, and what was outputted was a DAT file. I assume it's all graphics because it's named 'GAME.DAT'. I really liked the Dr. Mario series and want to pull content from this one. Try a hex editor.
