I want to make sprites of some characters from Indigo League (Ash and Gary) but I learned I can't make sprites. Can someone make the sprites for me and give me some tips on making them? (Sprites should be 64x96 pixels)

Please don't join just to make requests - it's in the rules that you can't do this. The request board has more details, which is where you should have attempted to post this and learned that you can't.
