Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games skeleton help - FatalitySonic2 - 07-08-2016 Hi guys. I've wanted to have some help about the models' skeleton of Mario & Sonic Rio 2016 (I like to abridge names). I've extracted the models' PAC (thanks to RTB for the correct Pacpack) and now, I'm stuck at the conversion to fbx because even if I place the .model (mesh) file and the .skl.hbx (skeleton) file into modelfbx.exe (found in the Sonic Lost World Ripping Tools archive), the model still have only the root bone. According to a thread, I tried to convert the skeleton files to a older version... still no bones... or with another version of the skeleton converter, it crashes at the end. I've also tried to use modelfbx.exe with a command prompt... crash. Did I missed something? Is there any solution about this? Notes: Conversion target: Rosalina Files I'm trying to convert: ros_b_skl.hkx / ros_b_L_swim.model / ros_f.skl.hbx / ros_f_L_swim.model OS: Windows 8.1 Professional x86 BTW, don't worry if I'm answering very lately. It's because I'm from France. And I know that some people of you are from the United States. Not all, I know... but that's better than nothing. RE: Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games skeleton help - RatchetMario - 07-08-2016 Sonic Lost World uses Havok Engine skeleton version 2012, but Rio 2016 now uses 2013 version. I had the trouble like this before I realized its a different version of Havok. I really doubt if there is a Havok 2013 SDK tool convert into the older version. Ooooh... that's why. Thanks for the info. I didn't know that either. Let's just hope that someone will make a 2013 version of the HKX Converter. RE: Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games skeleton help - Carpaccio - 07-08-2016 Could someone send me the proper "pacpack" program? I want to get the base models and textures from this game, I don't need the rigging. Every single time I drag and drop, it just gives me the error 'pacpack.exe has stopped working' and just dies. with no output. Is there something I'm missing? Did I skip a step? Can someone PLEASE help me get the models of Sonic, Shadow, Eggman, and Eggman Nega? I don't even need the rigging. Maybe a program is heavy to reads the multi files at the same time. I just do that every time. |
