welcome, amphibian of the world wide web.
there's also no easy answer to that question lol - as due to how each game stores its files, a company's protections could be different (but this is the modern way of doing it, and the method with the best payoff)
of course, there's also the 90's way of doing it: printscreening emulator screenshots and cleaning those up, lol
