Texture Extraction Tool Needed - Carpaccio - 09-11-2019
Well I've got just about every route possible for me to acquire these textures, and nothing has worked out. This is my last hope. I'm offering up to 50.00 USD for a texture extraction tool for these files. Price in negotiable. PM me if you're interested. Here are the files I have that need the textures extracted.

DO NOT just extract them without telling me you're interested in this job. If it is extracted and posted here without terms being set up, I will consider it a free job, especially if no tool is supplied to extract the formats. PLEASE PM me with your propositions, and where to send the payment to. I use paypal, so it should be easy to get set up.
Also here's an archive of what came from the DTT's when extracted with a Platinum Games DAT bms. It might help but I don't know if they were extracted properly.

oh, Anarchy Reigns eh? idk if the noesis plugin has support for it, I'll check.

I found a noesis plugin that worked for the base model files which included the very low-res lod textures. These contain the full-res textures but were not supported by the noesis plugin.
