I was actually kind of surprised that they're using the D/P/Pl Overworld sprites, since we all know that FR/LG had a much better overworld style than Ru/Sa/E...But at the same time, I'm not surprised, since I think that D/P/Pl Overworlds look good...But that's just my opinion

They're not going to go back a style. I'm not especially fond of the fat DPPt sprites, bit it would be weird and kinda silly if HGSS was different.

I don't mind the NPC sprites in DPP, myself, although I wish that the graphics overall would be 2D and not 3D. Doesn't look quite as nice to me.
