thank you,and I have to apologize for my poor english.
I mean: I need to know how to use sprites.
I know how to make animation by other ways
but I don't know how to use sprites to make actual animation。
How can I use my sprite resource to make animation? I would like to know the way sprite works..
I should learn english harder to make myself understood...sign
Is there some kinda software can easily convert sprites to animated GIFs?
I can manually edit these sprites ,cut'em into small piece with identical size ,then put them together into a animated GIF.
But it' s a rather time consuming work.... Is some kind of software can automatically convert the sprites into GIF? please

no. there is no such thing as a software that could read the sprite sheets and automatically turn them into animated gifs.
so, for the torture of your lazyness
do it one by one, by hand.
welcome to the real world.

2D games as they have been referred to here are games that use sprites. Most of the sprites on this website (the ones not listed as custom or texture) are from these 2D games. If you are asking how to animate the sprites, you will first need some kind of gif animation program. Take a look at a sprite sheet, we'll use the first one in the latest update as an example
I've enclosed the first "animation" in a red box. Each sprite in this red box is one frame of an animation. From here, it should be easy to understand. You start with the first sprite as the first frame, second as the second frame, and so on.
(I'd appreciate it if someone who could animate the sprites I've boxed would do it so we could have a better example for him.)

Erm...Eh...What are you...uh...What are you doing on a sprite forum if you don't know how sprites are used?
Common logic is kinda the way to go before hopping onto something.
What you're doing is highly illogical...
