Yep, those look nice.

I'd suggest rotating her left foot (right for us) counter-clockwise so it's seen more from the side.

Why does the shading change design to design?
EDIT: I meant on things like the hat, torso, and hair. Some of them the shading looks better, on some of the others it looks more cluttered.
