Them are good rips, but I'm not sure that fan games can be accepted (otherwise I would rip that SatAM based game) since some of them might have used rips and edit them.
Hmmm.. wait until what Dazz has to say.

I think the first question to be asked is "Has the people who worked on SRB2 said 'Yeah sure, we don't mind the sprites being posted on a huge site dedicated to sprites'?"

True, true.
FIRST: Wait for the official word from Dazz. SECOND: If he gives my sheets the okay, I'll contact Sonic Team Jr. If he does not, I'll remove this thread. THIRD: If STj says no, I'll delete this thread and life will move on. If they say yes, hopefully the sheets'll end up on the site. Everybody happy?

I'd think that contacting them would be best, and to be honest, I think it'd be best coming from the ripper themselves, as my word generally doesn't hold up on content I've not ripped myself.
Give them a contact, tell me what they say and I'll go on from there.

As in, there's not much point of having STj's 'okay' if Dazz says no anyway. ANYWAY, I'll contact them as to whether they're okay with it.

Okay folks, we have a negative from Team Sonic jr., so the sheets cannot go anywhere near the site. here's exactly what they said:
"SRB2's sprites are hand drawn for use only in SRB2, so we ask you do not repost the sprites elsewhere. The last thing we want is to see our sprites in crappy fangames everywhere. Regards, -Spazzo Sonic Team Jr." There you have it. The end.

Like their sprites are much better than your ordinary crappy fangame
Oh well, too bad

Yeah, that's what I thought they were going to say.
*locks topic, adds note*

To be honest, I think that's a really fucking nasty thing to say.
Judging people before they even have what could be considered a decent product...
