I'm sorry I read the universal rules I guess I read that rule wrong. I thought it said you can post links to them but you guys don't endorse it.

You're allowed to link to Rom sites, but I don't think you're allowed to give a direct link. Well except in Spamhaul I guess, but there's not really a point in posting one there anyway.
