The Beatles Rock Band isn't gimmicky. People have requested the Beatles since the first Guitar Hero. Blank And Lego Rock Band is pretty gimmicky I must admit, but hey, it's more songs to play. Tongue

i can use the same argument for ever guitar hero game (except aerosmith, because noone would in their right mind play any of those songs)

The Beatles, whether you like them or not, are probably the biggest band ever. They deserve their own game. The fact that they cannot be exported to the main platform, like the RB1 songs and the track packs, was almost definitely the decision of the remaining Beatles themselves.

And I don't know what argument you're talking about. I never said the individual artist games were gimmicky (though I agree with Aerosmith being meh).

Beatles fans who don't even play rhythm games will probably buy this one. They've opened up to a whole new fanbase.

I was at least excited for "Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight", but the re-recorded version sounds very sub par with the original. :/

Stonehenge sounds like it'll be fun though.

Too bad it wasn't a particularly fun song, too.

I like it when Rock Band gets Guitar Hero songs. There are some songs I really want to play, but I can't afford GHWT/GH5 (nor would I want to pay money for them). It's a good thing they have just a few gems; we'll have all the good ones in no time.

I want NIN songs but I only have GHWT. Annoys me because I have insufficient funds for Rock Band.

So many Foo Fighters songs and none of them have been The Pretender, which is the only remaining good song left by them since Learn to Fly and Monkey Wrench are already there. :/

I really like No Rain, but the drums don't kick in 'til about halfway through.

Oh God, Inside Out. I know every lyric to that song, but it's sooo bad.

Everything else is forgettable in my opinion.

And see Raytheon? Not every week includes a "steal" from Guitar Hero. And this is their last week to change anyone's minds about getting the game, too.
