I don't much like the power steal idea. It'd be more fun if he already had a buncg of powers to work with. Besides, that's Kirby's niche.
I've been brainstorming about this Dixie/Kiddy idea I had. Let me know what you think. They are on each others' shoulders and work as one character. An A combo, for example, could he two hits from one and a heavy hit from the other. They are never separaated (unlike the Ice climbers) except in one instance. That brings us to... B-attacks Neutral B- Maybe Diddy's Chimpy Charge from DK64? Hold the button to power up, then headbutt your enemy. Smash B- Partner throw. Damage varies depending on who is thrown. Up B- Ponytail Twirl. Dixie spins her hair to bring the duo closer to the stage. Kiddy weighs her down a bit, though... Down B- Monkey Swap. Kiddy and Dixie trade places. Essentially, this is a character transformation, but unlike any others, these two only change weight class and not attacks. For example, when Dixie is riding Kiddy, they move at normal speed and do light damage. The partner throw does light to medium damage. If you swap them and put Kiddy on top, they ove more slowly and hit harder. The B-attacks remain the same for both characters. Final Smash- I'm not sure yet, but I think something with the Banana Birds might be cool. Tell me what you think.

I don't know, I'm kind of bit opposed to having hem ride each others back all the time, unless your planning the partner throw to be the only time to pull that off then I wouldn't mind I suppose

Coo, anyone?
I know it isn't quite in style, but I could fix that.
It has nice detail. I would just lower the amount of shades.
Yeah, that's the out of style part.

@KirbyFan, his belly is not shaped correctly. You want to make him fatter.
I'm making him more Owl-like, unless that isn't allowed. And I updated that last post. I made.
Slight update on quote's progress, in the process of making a decent running animation
to be truly honest, i'm not too happy how the legs came out, and I'm a bit concerned about how the frame rate would come out if I don't fix it. any suggestions on how I should fix it or should I let it be for now. would appreciate any other C+C EDIT:@angelglory:think you could mind putting up my past alias "Diogalesu" next to my current one in the sheet list? I would appreciate it if you did.

For Quote: His legs arent long enough in proportion to the rest of the body.
I made minor edits to Rags' Megaman, De-Shined him and Fixed the arm problem. Overall, I improved it I guess. I think he is a bit on the chunky side though. made the legs a few pixels longer (Which I colored a bit) and touched up one of the frames a bit in the newer running animation. any other things I should work on a bit?

Well, The head and body should turn while he's running, And on the first/last frame, The arms seem to take a huge leap in positions.
Try looking at the MMZ/MMZX running sprites, because (If I remember correctly) thats what the style of the project originated from.

But what if Dixie is on the bottom, how would the Up Special work out?
