I've heard better ones. Anyway, if we used other people's remixes, we'd have to ask their permission (aside from official stuff, anyways).

Don't you think that's kind of ironic, how you said you need to ask permission to use people's unnofficial remixes and not official, original material? xD It made me chuckle when I thought about that and read it. Just being silly before work though.

It is, actually. The only reason I said you should ask permission from unofficial is because they usually care more and are more likely to actually say yes. Plus, you can usually find their contact information more easily...

Precisely, they're also more likely to complain if you don't credit them.. in the case of an official source, such as Nintendo, I mean.. it's not like they'd really care, people do fan stuff related to their stuff all the time, because they are infinitely more prominent. xD

But these are just some suggestions. Feel free to skim them over and pick out the necessary ones. The italicized ones are new ones that weren't in the previous post. For the remixes, I've included the original with most of them. I also tried to fit in some songs from the same companies as the third-party characters, even the series the songs originate from may not be represented as a character or assist trophy.

I think you guys are overlooking the fact that an exrensive library of music will make for a gigantic filesize.

Actually we could load the songs from a server into flashplayer at any time in the game (possibly playing it streamed). In that case you could have as many songs as you want.

Really...that's interesting but I think we should have a limit because of others who want to request a song without helping out on the project or so I guess....
