Tails: Pretty good though I think people are using Angelglory's Sonic for a reference. Here's a good moveset:
Lone B - Blaster from Sonic Battle
Side B - Tail Slash
Up B - Fly
Down B - Ring Bomb
Also he could float with his tails.

EDIT: Made a Ring:

Ring could be rounder.
Effects in the last frame are not centered.
Last frame of spinning should be flipped.

Also the ring should be bigger and ovaly.

For Brobot, I was thinking that, yes, he does stomp around, he launches his fists, and he shoots missles out of his mouth, or fingers.

And for the ring, looks good, I guess my explosion effects are useless, now

Well initially I wanted the "explosion" to be a flash with a lot of knockback.
