I made charmander in tiny toons style (not really
it was in the title
) for a friend who's making a pokedex with "new style" pokemon ...
I was only wondering if my new style was okay and if you had any tips to make it greater
So here's the charmander next to his reference :

Why are those feet so huge?

Because I made them too much like the ones of buster bunny...
I made them smaller :

I think the feet of B looks more like the real charmander feet

I think you should try making the sprite from scratch and use a reference. Also the eyes look realy off.

For the eyes, it was a jpeg promblem... and anyway it's recolored yay!
And fr the feet, I made the claws smaller, really smaller like on charmander's feet (I haven't follow the reference enough)
so heres that attemp (Hope I don't annoy you too much...) :

Uhh...maybe you could try imitating the style of the bugs bunny eyes that are there. See how that works. =D

They should not be so close to each other. His head also looks pretty strange.

yeah yeah I see what you're saying
I moved the left eye (for us his right) closer to the outline
And I remove some of the green pixels and it looks less creepy
And Yeah I changed his head , his cheek were too high
