-Fixed Announcer overtime bug on KOTH servers using mp_timelimit
-Due to many requests, added server ConVar "tf_overtime_nag". When set to 1, it keeps the broken announcer behavior

they deserve that HP penalty

Being able to stun ubers was probably the only thing that made the Sandman even remotely useful, especially since stunned enemies only got 50% of their damage (meaning 50% damage resistance), and with the second jump disabled, which was probably even one of the disadvantages to a Scout.

aka sandman is made for scouts who do not know how to play scout

seriously removing double jump is like making medics not able to heal

Hey guys, so a cool dude/friend of mine over at mfgg (Mechabowser/Mecha The Slag) made a Travis Touchdown model replacement for the scoot

it's p. awesome, I've been watching his progress on it since he was partway done with making the model itself haha

props to him for a kickin' rad skin. I think he's working on ripping the voices now, too.
