So this is a resized, recoloured, jpeg saved sprite of tails? In the title, you called this a rip. This is not a rip. You took a couple frames of tails, pointlessly resized and recoloured them. Neither of those is allowed here. Then you saved it as a jpeg? Never save something as a jpeg. It distorts the image quality - use png instead.
