I like the idea for the FS, but I do have a question:
Does he raise all the characters he's stunned into the air, or just the closest one?
All of them.

Sweet. Are the other moves the same as the ones in melee? I loved his vB move where he stunns people.

That being the case, I find it to be a beautiful thing.
Not to be mean and contradictory or anything, but I just came up with another version of your Mewtwo FS, Ton.
What if, instead of pummeling the victim(s) with invisible forces, he makes them revolve around himself, kinda like the old planetary model for electrons in an atom? The victim(s) would be hurt whenever they hit something or someone, which would of course allow Mewtwo to smack other people who weren't caught in the move's opener. In order to balance it a bit, maybe the people who are caught at the beginning of the move aren't really damaged/knocked away as much as the other people who get smacked with them.
Short summary:Mewtwo uses the victim(s) as weapons against other un-caught players.
The reason I came up with this idea is because it would help separate him from other line-of-sight FSes, such as Link's, Marth's, and Zelda/Sheik's.
It's a cool concept, but I think the person who got caught would be screwed. I think that would lead to a Mewtwo-cide. Especially if he managed to snag all the other characters.

Well, I thought of that, too, but then his FS would be overpowered, because not only would the people who were caught be screwed, but there's also a possibility that the other people will be KO'd, too.
I also just noticed that in the FS the original way I posted, people would probably end up trying to get caught, rather than staying away and ending up getting smacked...

I like the idea of using them as a weapon but something more literal might be cooler. especially if different characters had different effects.
edit:
I started a Mewtwo in new style:
I stopped it, 'cuz I didn't like it. If someone else wants it, take it. BTW, the colors aren't standard colors on the current palette...

The top of mewtwo looks good tail and legs need work though other than that nice start.
The head is a good start.

Yeah, the upper torso looks okay. Not so much the lower part...
BTW, the eyes make me think of Kagami (Lucky Star)...

Arthur, the eyes, forehead, and ear things look kind of off to me. I think that he's too wide, though. Mind if I edit?
