Tried out a silly exercise of drawing Mario monsters as legit(whatever that's supposed to mean) humans (anime).
meaning that's not the important part, so don't crit me on that, I instead crit me on what this says:
Been trying to practice on poses and proportion.
Cruddy thumnail is there just to give you an idea of how its supposed to be colored.
I need to improve, so shoot me.

HUMENS
Also Toad and Toadette don't really seem to share much with their counterparts. The most obvious course of action would be to incorporate the polka dot patterns they have somewhere.
Specs 'n' Headphones has been revamped! Check it, yo.
Thanks to Pik and Solink; they are sexy people.

Yes their human form doesn't seem to tell me that they are those characters.
By the way, why is it that everyone wants to turn perfectly good non-human characters human?

Because it makes closeted furries feel less furry-like when they get off to them
It's been happening with Pokemon for years
I like Shygirl the best.
The eyes seem too far apart on the characters with two eyes, For toad, bodies don't move like that nor do jaws look like that, Shygirl's (our left her right) leg has a twisted ankle (Her knee looks like it is facing at us.), and with Bowser Jr. I have issues with the continuity of his brush. (The lines don't match up quite right)
