Yes I'm sorry I thought about in bed last night. Its like Wario has nothing to offer us. That the only character he has in the whole world is his sports partner.

The problem, in my opinion, doesn't reside with what Waluigi represents.
It's that Nintendo doesn't seem to want him to represent anything else. They're hellbent on keeping him a throwaway character without throwing him away, when he's got much more potential. Look at Mario Party 3, near the end of story mode. Waluigi jumps in from out of nowhere, steals the last stamp, kicks Bowser to the curb, and challenges the character you're playing as to defeat him on his own private island. That's badass. Why didn't they flesh this out more in later titles? But that's beside the point now. I think Waluigi is worth keeping because we could do more with him than Nintendo will ever do. While I do understand that he doesn't represent the Wario series that well, he's still Wario's partner in crime, whether or not they actually commit any crimes worth being partners in.
There are no other important Wario characters.
When there's a Wario game, Wario often lets you know that he's the star. Sure, there may or may not be some kind of other character that tries to be important, but the spotlight is always on Wario. Wario's game belongs to Wario! WHAH! (Waluigi isn't representing Wario's series anyway.) (12-02-2009, 03:26 PM)Crappy Blue Luigi Wrote: But that's beside the point now. But its not Waluigi. Its Wario. Having Waluigi in make Wario look bad, like he doesn't have his own series to use characters from. See what I'm saying? He's never been featured in a Wario game, so why would he? O_o

Most likely because he's so closely associated with Wario when they do appear together.
Why have Mario, Luigi, and Waluigi part of the same series with Wario by himself?

Even as just a sports character with no real development, Waluigi has done more than Wario Ware's costars could ever dream of doing. He's a much better choice both from an audience perspective and a practical perspective. As for his symbol, it will be the "W" because yes, he's so closely associated with Wario. It wouldn't make sense for him to be a Mushroom character. Hell, I was even thinking about giving Bowser and Jr the Bowser head symbol, but that's too much of a stretch. Anyway, Waluigi has more to offer than Jimmy, Mona, Ashley, or even Syrup.

Your right, and I think that Bowser/Jr. Should use Bowser's head as the symbol, Yes, they are Part of the Mushroom Kingdom, but they are really not friendly with it.

I think Tingle should also have his own symbol.

really crappy idea for Tingle, since I don't like the character so I don't know his personality or anything but what about his face? like Sonic's, just facing forward.

Yeah, Yoshi has spun off into his own series since SMW2 and Yoshi's Story.
