The pause at its narrowest is too long.
Assuming that this is supposed to be a card spinning, there should be a thinner frame between the currently narrowest frames.

Also, the front and back view should stay longer, so one has time to look at it.

If you kept everything on it while it rotates it would look cooler.

Considering this is an animated gif, keeping the images while they rotate would either look ugly or produce odd colors.

apng. is for animations and allows more colors than gif., right? Does GIMP 2.0 support it?

.gif only allows for 256 colors.
.apng allows for all 16.7 million colors and alpha transparency.

All I know is that FF3 can properly display them.
