Let's see, I think CNs only Producing Chowder and Flapjack
nicks doing Spongebob, Fairly Oddparents, and Fanboy and Chum Chum.
Prolly forgetting some but u get my point. It's starting to become less and less from what put them at the top. I mean I only like Flapjack and Fanboy. Won't be soon eberything will be sitcoms or utter stupidity. With a few good reruns.

Nick won't be long. But CN will be forced to. Remember CN Real? It was so bad even one of the execs dogged on it. So CN would either keep using reruns change it's name and station stuff, or wait a looooong time. My bet Fred gets a show on Nick that completely ends the downward spiral his series has been in with recent vids. And not in the it got better ending of the spiral either.

Honestly when I first heard about Out of Jimmy's Head or whatever, I thought CN would be straight sitcoms like Disney and Nickelodeon. Then CN Real bombed, but that didn't actually help because all of the actual cartoons are terrible.
That being said, Nickelodeon is completely dominated by sitcoms now. The problem with Nickelodeon is Dan Schneider. He was cool back when he just did All That and The Amanda Show, but now he's giving EVERY SINGLE ACTOR their own shows, all of which suck.
I don't think Spongebob's going to get canceled any time soon; longest and strongest running cartoon ever.
