Anyways, I thing the texture looks good, but would'nt you wan't to animate it before applying the texture? Trying to animate it with the texture on would cause alot of issues and frustration.

Iceman is right. It'd be best to not have the texture on when animating, then just go back over it and add in the texture. Besides, the texture looks too messy anyway. I'll fix that later, but for now..

Do to the constant transition of internet to computer to internet... I told these guys to save their work as a BMP and upload it to Imageshack. It will automatically convert the image to PNG without darkening it.
