Deogan- style change

Just so you guys know, Deogan's my game character.
for now, im just posting my progress. I have a storyline, and if i get people that want to be involved, I'll post it.
But my (original) style was terrible for animating, so im trying to make another one.
I havent made a thread before, so i hope the picture shows up.
Im using the link from smash bros. 4.5 as a pose reference.

his eyes are too far apart and his ears are too much high; make it the same height as his eyes. Also, his sleeve looks jagged.

i was working on the hair; next time i get on the comp ill try to fix it.

It needs a bit more shading in the head and the legs.But it looks good to me in most of it.
