Crouching really shouldn't be too problematic. Just put in him into a crawling position or something like Snake. So what if he didn't do that in Brawl.

Not to mention crouching usually doesn't mean 100% that they'll be much lower then their original stance. Look at Meta Knight. He may be the only example, but that's beside the point.

My point from Brawl was that his basic attacks would be different, atleast sprited that way, because he's lower now. I see how it'll work now, it's just my point was it could've caused problems down the line.

no, the other one I believe, besides, that is his right arm, because he is facing to the right, so his right arm is going to be facing towards of the camera, not his left.

Wolf's left arm is there. It's his right arm that's missing in the sprite.

The lack of shading was bugging me, so i tried to fix it. I didn't fix him, just added shading.

Though I think the jacket area could use some work, the rest, face in particular, looks good.
